Day 1: Welcome Jaisalmer
Upon your arrival at Jaisalmer Railway Station or Airport, we will greet you & you’ll be driven to your booked hotel, where you can relax for 2-3 hours.
Later, you’ll explore the famous sites of
- Vyas Chhatri
- Gadisar Lake
- followed by a puppet show by renowned historian NK Sharma
Overnight stay at a city hotel.
Day 2: Explore fort & desert
After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll go for a half-day tour of Jaisalmer Fort, exploring the:
- Patwon Havel
- Salim Singh Haveli
- Jain temples
- numerous 300-600 year-old mansions
Following lunch, you’ll check out from the Jaisalmer hotel & head to Sam Sand Dunes, located 45 km from Jaisalmer.
By 4 pm, you’ll arrive at your reserved desert camp, where you’ll be greeted with a traditional welcome & later enjoy:
- desert safari, including camel & Jeep safari
- View the stunning desert sunset
By 7:30 pm, delight in a cultural musical program with a buffet dinner, before resting in your booked camp.
Day 3: Sightseeing till noon & Delhi departure
After the morning breakfast at the desert camp, you will check out from the campsite by 9-10 am.
Later you’ll visit
- Bada Bagh
- Jaisalmer War Museum
- Kuldhara Haunted Village
After lunch, enjoy a free walk at the local markets & later the driver will drop at train station or Airport.
For guests, who have booked their return flights/ train from Jodhpur, please tell us well in advance, as Jodhpur is 5-hour drive from Jaisalmer.
